01 Will HMRC accept the digital receipts? +
Yes, digital images of receipts are HMRC-acceptable provided the image is clearly readable. ReceiptSnap stores at the resolution HMRC asks for.
02 Is fuel and mileage handled differently? +
Yes, fuel receipts have a dedicated VAT-scale-charge track; mileage uses HMRC's approved rates by vehicle type.
03 What about subscription receipts and SaaS bills? +
Yes, recurring SaaS subscriptions are recognised and auto-categorised against the prior month's posting.
04 Does it work for VAT-registered and non-VAT-registered businesses? +
